- Content you create: Journal entries, saved readings, chat conversations, and other content you save within the app
- Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number

- Usage data: How you interact with the app, features you use, and general usage patterns
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device type
- Error data: Technical error reports to help us improve the app
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and personalise your spiritual readings and guidance
- Generate AI-powered reports based on your profile data
- Process payments and manage your subscription

4. How Your Birth Data Is Used
Your date of birth, birth time, and birth city are used exclusively to calculate and generate your personalised readings (sun sign, life path number, tarot birth card, gene key, etc.). This information is stored securely in our database and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. AI-Generated Content
Your profile information is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your personalised readings. By using our service, you agree that your profile data (birth date, personality types, and intentions) may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate your readings. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing and can be found at anthropic.com/privacy.
We do not use your personal data to train AI models.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with:
- Anthropic: To generate your AI readings (profile data only)
- Stripe: To process payments securely
- Supabase: Our database provider for secure data storage
- Vercel: Our hosting provider
- Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect our legal rights
7. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial purposes.

4. Eligibility

Free Plan (Seeker)
The free plan provides limited access to the Service at no charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid Plans
We offer paid subscription plans (Initiate at $9/month and Luminary at $79/year) that provide expanded access to features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fees as they become due
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
In-App Purchases
Certain additional features are available as one-time purchases at $4.99 each. These purchases are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
Billing
All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
7. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Monthly subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase
- In-app purchases: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the feature did not work as described
- Renewals: We do not provide refunds for renewal charges. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges

8. Cancellation

11. AI-Generated Content
Readings generated by our AI are produced automatically based on your profile information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. AI-generated readings reflect patterns in training data and established traditions in each modality — they are not predictions of future events.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Intuitive Mirror and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated readings.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
